Throughout his career, Todd has demonstrated his capacity to establish and optimize people functions. For instance, he built the HR infrastructure for a 150-employee multi-site food manufacturing company from the ground up and provided interim CHRO services for a 200-employee regional hospital, ensuring continuity of HR service and strategic leadership. His work in these roles highlights his ability to navigate complex HR landscapes and deliver practical, effective solutions that small business owners can directly benefit from.

 

In his consultancy, Todd has partnered with small businesses to provide expertise in job analysis, employee policies, employee relations, and talent management. His hands-on approach includes providing human resources expertise to small businesses as they add personnel and navigate employee relations, compensation, and talent development challenges. Additionally, Todd’s performance improvement and process excellence expertise have led to significant efficiency and effectiveness improvements for his clients.

 

Beyond his consulting practice, Todd has held prominent positions such as Dean of the School of Business at Midland University and Head of Client Educational Services at First Data Corporation. His experience in a variety of industries makes him a valuable, resourceful partner.

Todd holds a Master of Arts in Management & Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Grace University. He is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds an ADKAR Change Management Certification from Prosci.
